Major Fitness Lightning F35 This versatile home gym combines a power rack, cable station, pull-up bar, and landmine in one equipment.

It looks like your standard power rack. You know… the kind you will use to do your squats, deadlifts, and various other barbell exercises. Look closely, though, and you’ll realize the Major Fitness Lightning F35 is actually an entire gym in one rig. Seriously, it’s nuts.

Billed as a “multi-functional folding wall rack,” it’s a combination power rack, pull up bar, cable station, and landmine station, allowing you to do all your exercises within its confines. Just add an adjustable bench, barbell, and weight plates to turn it into a complete home gym, allowing you to do a whole resistance training program with varied exercises without having to switch among different equipment.

The Major Fitness Lightning F35 consists of a power rack with a foldable structure, allowing you to push it flush against the wall for efficient use of space when not in use, making it ideal for setting up at home. The foldable design allows you to lock in the rack at any of seven angles, so you can find yourself the ideal setup every time, depending on the kind of exercises you want to do. Granted, you’ll have to attach and detach multiple bolts and connectors each time you want to change the rack position, so it’s not exactly convenient, but it’s still better than having to buy multiple pieces of equipment.

As a power rack, you can only use it from the outside section of the rack, since the inner part has a bunch of cables and pulleys that you can end up hitting if you do your barbell exercises there. It does offer 15 holes on each pole for putting in your hooks, pins, and other power rack attachments, allowing you to use it for a wide variety of barbell exercises.

The Major Fitness Lightning F35 also comes with two sets of cables, allowing you to do everything from cable crossovers and cable presses to lat pulldowns and tricep pushdowns. Naturally, the cable pulleys can be adjusted in height at various points, while the adjustable positioning angles makes it viable for more unusual cable exercises you might want to try. There also an integrated pullup bar like most power racks we’ve seen. For something more unusual, though, it also comes with a built-in landmine mount at the back, allowing you to add landmine exercises to your workouts.

It comes with basic attachments, namely J hooks, safety arms, stirrup handles, a lat pulldown bar, a straight bar, a T-bar, and a set of carabiners. For a more complete home gym, though, the outfit also offers optional accessories, including multi-functional handles, benches, barbells, and weight plates. Features include 14-gauge steel construction, a 660-pound weight capacity for the J hooks, and a 132-pound max capacity for each cable. Do note, this requires anchoring to the wall using eight 16 screws to keep the whole thing stable, so you’re going to have to find the right place to install. Specifically, the outfit recommends Installing on either a brick or cement wall that’s, at least, 55mm thick, with the whole thing requiring 39.93 square feet of wall space minimum.

The Major Fitness Lightning F35 is currently crowdfunding on Indiegogo. Unlike your usual crowdfunding projects, though, these are slated to ship immediately within the month as this is an established outfit. Price starts at $998.
