Nothing beats a full-fledged moto jacket when it comes to protecting you against the hazards of the road. Problem is, they’re also heavy and bulky, making for quite the inconvenient garment when you’re dressing for comfort. The Revit Tracer Overshirt offers a middle road.

A shirt-jacket hybrid, it wears like a shirt yet protects like a proper moto jacket, ensuring it’s equipped to handle any scrapes you get into during mishaps on the road. Simply put, it’s as unobtrusive as protective riding tops can get, ensuring you’ll be perfectly comfortable wearing it, whether you’re on or off the bike.

The Revit Tracer Overshirt is made from abrasion-resistant 11-oz. Cordura denim, with the outfit’s knitted PWR shield strategically-placed around the outfit for even better protection against abrasion and tearing. Revit’s Seesmart armors deliver impact absorption while being exceptionally thin, making them completely indiscernible to anyone looking at the garment. The outer shell comes with a decent amount of stretch, ensuring you can move comfortably during active days, with a pocket in the back for inserting an extra Seesoft armor for even better protection.

To ensure it looks more like a shirt than a motorcycle jacket, it comes with non-functional buttons out front, with a full-length zipper underneath actually holding the outfit in place. Features include connector zippers for hooking up with compatible moto pants, triple needle stitching at the back sleeves, chest pockets, and laminated reflectors at the back elbow.

Available now, the Revit Tracer Overshirt is priced at $219.
