We know Nitecore for their excellent flashlights, which pair seriously high brightness with increasingly compact form factors. So when we heard they had an EDC pouch on hand, we had to have a look. Called the Nitecore NDP10 Daily Pouch, it’s a compact bag sized to hold a generous stash of everyday carry gear.
An ideal bag to carry when you’re packing light, the pouch comes with two compartments sized to hold an assortment of gear, likely making it functional for a whole load of application. As long as you don’t need to carry a laptop (or a giant tablet), this thing should tide you over, with enough room to hold bike repair tools (if you’re cycling), survival tools (if you’re hiking), or whatever else you need to clear your tasks for the day.
The Nitecore NDP10 Daily Pouch measures 8.6 x 6.3 x 2.4 inches, so it’s big enough to fit an 8-inch tablet inside. It is, of course, designed for EDC tools, so both storage sections get plenty of loops, pockets, and straps to keep your gear from moving around, apart from stashing them in an organized manner. The interior areas are fully-padded, by the way, so you can keep sensitive electronics inside without much worry.
Features include a high-strength nylon webbing attachment system out front, a reinforced carrying handle, a detachable shoulder strap, and detachable nylon webbings in the back for clipping onto belts and bags. Construction is military-spec 1000D Cordura, with a coated surface that ensures excellent water resistance.
Available now, the Nitecore NDP10 is priced at $30.
