Unfortunately, the Nike Transform Jacket doesn’t actually shapeshift like those gigantic alien robots do in the movies. Instead, this two-in-one garment is designed to keep you ready for unpredictable weather during your early morning runs, keeping you properly geared up, whether you’re running under clear skies or in the middle of a downpour.

Consisting of a Nike Tech Fleece top and a hooded, water-repellent shell, it lets you suit up at the break of dawn, ready for whatever the morning brings. Granted, you probably wouldn’t want to be wearing a warm Tech Fleece layer for the humid days of the summer, but for the rest of the year, this thing should see plenty of mileage.

The Nike Transform Jacket’s main top comes with a pocket in the back for stashing the hooded jacket, all without creating an uncomfortable bulge behind you. An internal strap system makes packing and unpacking the water-repellent shell exceptionally easy, allowing it to retract snugly into the pocket without bouncing while inside. Aside from the Nike Tech Fleece layer’s temperature regulation talents, it comes with bonded seams to keep out both wind and water, a mesh liner to keep things breathable underneath, articulated cuffs for a natural fit, and a hidden interior pocket. The hooded jacket, on the other hand, comes with Flywire cables in the seams to provide structure, side openings with pockets, and a hidden interior pocket. Both pieces come with reflective elements.

Available now, the Nike Transform Jacket is priced at $350.
