Truth be told, Seiko automatics aren’t exactly the most desirable watches in the world (with the occasional exception, of course). While they tend to be boring, they are durable and run great, which, we’re guessing, is why Matthew Humphries decided to use them as the donor watches for his MHD Bespoke line.

To the unfamiliar, Humphries is an automotive designer and former chief at the Morgan Motor Company who, at some point, decided he’ll take his design chops to putting together racing-inspired watches instead. Rather than building timepieces from scratch, though, he decided to customize automatic Seiko watches, throwing on new cases, dials, hands, and straps to turn them into completely new wrist candy.

While MHD offers some great-looking designs already, those who prefer to have a hand in what their watches look like should find plenty to love about MHD’s Bespoke Watches. Basically, they have a roster of watch cases, dial styles, hand styles, and strap styles in their inventory, any of which you can choose for your own custom timepiece. While the selection definitely isn’t exhaustive (only six case styles and five dial styles are available, for instance), it still offers a good collection of options that should let you put together a watch that properly reps your style.

Only catch, though? They’re not including the badass dial on their signature SQ1 watch among the options, so you’ll have to make do with designs other than that.

Pricing for the MHD Bespoke Watches start at £190.
