Lighter and faster backpacking – that’s the core of Zerogram’s approach to their backpacking equipment and it’s reflected in every piece they make. The same holds true for the outfit’s PCT UL 2 tent, which combines lightweight construction with an easy-to-use design.

Weighing just 3 pounds, it’s about as light a two-person tent as you can ask for, making for a seriously convenient shelter to carry along with the rest of your pack. It pairs that ultra-light quality with quick and easy setup, allowing you to pitch it as soon as you arrive at camp in less than five minutes. Very convenient.

The Zerogram PCT UL 2 is actually quite roomy for a two person tent, with over four feet of width to easily accommodate its sleeping occupants at night and a 3.2 feet height providing decent headroom while sitting upright. It’s designed around a single pole, which helps with the easy setup, with a mesh inner tent allowing air to circulate freely and a translucent rainfly allowing plenty of light in during the day. According to Zerogram, the tent has been tested in air tunnels to handle winds of up to 70mph, making for quite the sturdy shelter despite the lightweight construction.

Features include a minimalist white shell, a small vestibule area for stacking your packs, nine pegs, and DAC’s lightweight but ultra-strong Featherlite pole. It comes with a small compression sack for conveniently packing the whole ensemble.

Available now, the Zerogram PCT UL 2 is priced at $388.99.
