Stanley Adventure Percolator If you're camping outdoors, Stanley's old-school percolator may still be your best bet for keeping the entire crew caffeinated for the day ahead.

No matter how much of a fancy coffee snob you act like in the city, those things have to go out of the window once you get to the outdoors.  Out there, you cook your coffee over fire and drink as much as you can to get you ready for a day’s worth of hiking. Nothing fancy about it. Just get a fire going, grab some coffee grounds, and brew it inside the Stanley Adventure Percolator.

An old-school rig for brewing coffee over fire, it retains most of the original elements of their classic percolator, albeit reinforced with a few new elements for better utility. Like similar pots, you fill it with water, place your grounds on the basket, and cook the whole thing over fire, allowing the water to come in contact with the grounds as it travels up a steel tube during boiling.

The Stanley Adventure Percolator can make up to six cups of coffee in one go, so you can whip up enough to give your small group a good jolt.  It can actually fit up to eight cups with the tube and basket removed, so you can use it to make ramen, cook stews, or boil eggs while camping. A plastic knob on the lid allows you to watch the percolating action at work, while a removable silicone handle lets you grab it off the camping stove without burning your hand.  Construction is 18/8 stainless steel.

Available now, the Stanley Adventure Percolator is priced at $39.95.
