We’re big fans of Shinola’s Runwell timepiece in all of its various dial color and strap combinations. We have to admit, though, this new Shinola All-Black Runwell 47mm is an instant favorite, with its murdered-out tones giving the popular watch a striking new aesthetic.
That’s right, every visible element of the timepiece comes in the same blacked out shade, with a matte finish that makes it suited for stylish burglars who want to look dapper when ransacking a joint in full stealth clothing. Granted, the black-on-black-on-black scheme might make it a bit tough to pair with outfits in more colorful hues, but this thing should make for a versatile addition to your accessory selection.
The Shinola All-Black Runwell 47mm Watch has a stainless steel case in a black sandblasted PVD coating, a matte black dial, and black hands and indices. As with other Runwell watches, it houses the outfit’s Argonite 1069 movement inside a tightly-sealed case that allows it to be worn in depths up to 50 meters. It comes with three 24mm straps in the same blacked-out color – nylon, rubber, and leather. Features include SuperLuminova coating for the hands and indices, a double curve sapphire crystal, and a screw-down crown. The watch and all three straps are packaged in a black presentation box.
