The Scout Overland Kitchen consists of a large cabinet with multiple drawers that installs on the boot of an SUV or the bed of a pickup truck. At the bottom left is the main kitchen drawer, which opens to a cooking stove (it can fit either Camp Chef Everest or Stansport two-burner models), cutlery storage, and plenty of work surfaces, while on the opposite side sits a compartment for a standard mini-fridge. It comes with a 2.5 gallon water tank, with all plumbing already integrated, along with its own battery and charging system to power any electrical appliances. The rest of the drawers serve as storage.

Construction is aluminum for the frame, HDPE for the case, and birch plywood for the drawers, with each drawer able to handle up to 500 pounds of load. It measures 34 x 21 x 17 inches and weighs 100 pounds (without any gear), so it’s really compact for a full-service kitchen.
