Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill Cook up a storm in your backyard with this large grill that can smoke, grill, sear, and griddle with equal aplomb.

The Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill doesn’t really bring anything we haven’t seen before. It can grill, smoke, sear, and griddle, as well as use traditional charcoal, newer briquettes, and more contemporary wood pellets. It has a large cooking area with a viewing window, commercial-grade seal to lock heat in, and even an onboard screen with Bluetooth connectivity. You know, all the kind of things you expect high-end modern grills to have. That is, the kind of grill you’d love to have replace that aging Weber in the backyard.

A large backyard grill, it comes with two levels of grates that give it a total 862 square inches of cooking surface, as well as a roomy lid that can accommodate larger food items with ease. That should equate to a huge amount of burgers and steaks, all while accommodating whole chickens, turkeys and probably even small pigs with ease.

The Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill has a main grate with 648 square inches of cooking surface, which, for most households, should be large enough on its own, although they also include a smaller foldable “warming” grate with 214 square inches of cooking area that you can place a few inches above it, so you can cook your food at two different heat levels. It comes with a 30-pound pellet hopper on the right side for those days you want to leave your food with a specific wood-fired flavor, although you can skip the pellets and place one of the included inserts – a ceramic one for briquettes that is perfect for searing and a metal tray for good old lumps of charcoal. With all three fuel options, ignition is as easy as a simple turn of the knob.

It has a fully-sealed lid that locks in both smoke and heat, while an appliance-grade viewing window allows you to check on the food at any time. The lid, by the way, is fully-insulated, so you can touch it without being burned. A pair of meat probes are included that you can stick into the food cooking on the grates, which will automatically communicate with the onboard LCD panel and show the temperature levels of the food in real-time. It also has Bluetooth onboard, so you can see what’s displayed on the LCD right on your phone.

The Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill comes with a griddle that you can place on top of the grates, allowing you to make stir-fry, bacon, and other fried foods right on your backyard cooker. Do note, the griddle only occupies half the cooking surface of the grates, so you won’t be able to fry as much food as you can grill on the appliance. For easy cleaning, the grill comes with an easily removable ash tray that you can simply grab with your hand for dumping its contents into the trash. Other features include an insulated firebox, two ten-watt halogen lights, peg hooks for hanging your cooking accessories, and a stainless steel finish. The whole thing measures 63.1 x 22.5 x 48.7 inches (length x width x height) and weighs 199 pounds.

The Cuisinart Woodcreek 4-in-1 Pellet Grill is available now, priced at $592.
