Contrary to what many people think, camera bags don’t need to be large and bulky. What they do need are proper divisions so you can organize your gear in proper compartments. The Booq Slimpack does just that while coming in a tight and trim form factor.

Described as a “premium compact camera backpack,” it measures just 16.1 x 11 x 8.3 inches, all while accommodating a good load of gear. That includes up to two DSLRs, up to four mid-size lenses, a tripod, a 12-inch laptop, and even a 10-inch tablet, allowing you to bring a decent load of equipment, whether for day shoots or extended shooting trips.

The Booq Slimpack has a main compartment with densely-padded dividers that you can rearrange at will, allowing you to configure it to best accommodate a DSLR and any lenses you’re bringing along. A zippered compartment at the top of the bag offers enough room to fit a second DSLR body, although you can use it to hold a larger pair of headphones or any other gear if you’re not planning on toting a second shooter around. The back panel serves as storage for a laptop and tablet, so you can edit and play with your captures on the go, while straps and a bottom pocket come together to easily accommodate a tripod. Other features include a pair of side zippered pockets, a smartphone pocket on the shoulder straps, a rain poncho to shelter your bag from wet weather, and padded non-scratch interior lining to keep your gadgets free from scuff.
