When you want to keep your automatic watch running even when you’re not wearing it, then a nice-looking watch winder should do the trick. That, of course, isn’t going to be viable if you’re a collector with multiple timepieces taking up space at home. Chances are, you’ll need something more like the Wolf Roadster Watch Winder.

Armed with slots for up to eight watches, it lets you keep a decent-sized collection of mechanical timepieces running while they sit at home waiting for their turn on your wrist. Even better, it’s designed to show off your watches, so you can place it in a prominent area of the house to double as a decorative piece.

The Wolf Roadster Watch Winder is a small box measuring 20 x 7.5 x 13 inches (w x d x h), with eight individually-rotating winding modules that can turn clockwise, counter-clockwise, and bi-directionally. It can be programmed to do between 300 and 1,200 turns per day, ensuring you can sufficiently replenish your watches’ power reserve, with a time delay option up to 72 hours so as not to waste power.  Sized to handle most brands and models of watches, it has a cuff that accommodates up to 52mm cases, with a mechanism that locks the cuff into the rotator drum to ensure a secure fit.

Features include a locking glass cover, a backlit LCD display, Ebony Macassar wood veneer faceplate, chrome-finished hardware, and black pebble faux leather. Do note, it’s designed to power strictly from a wall outlet (no battery option), so you can’t exactly take it on the go.

Available now, the Wolf Roadster Watch Winder is priced at $2,945.
