SOG Reactor Multi-Tool Most any multi-tool includes a blade. SOG's latest, however, can work as well as your favorite folder, all while putting eight other tools on tap.

There’s no reason to use a multi-tool at home when you have easy access to your regular hand tools in the garage.  If you don’t feel like making your way to the garage every time you need to drive a loose screw, tighten some bolts, or cut some wires around the house, though, then having this SOG Reactor Multi-Tool in your pocket makes perfect sense.

Designed for common home and shop functions, the multi-tool combines nine basic tools in a compact and sturdy package. Chief among them is a fully-functional stainless steel blade that should make it just as handy as dedicated knives for everyday cutting, slicing, and package-tearing duties.  Using SOG’s assisted technology, a quick push of the thumb stud flips the blade open and ready to use for any task at hand. Seriously, you won’t need a dedicated folding knife with this thing in tow.

Joining the SOG Reactor’s blade is a pair of compound leverage geared pliers, which boast the outfit’s exclusive gearing to provide a powerful grip during use.  The plier’s tip doubles as a flat screwdriver, while one of its handles serves as a magnetic bit driver (it includes a Phillips bit, but can take other standard bits).  Other functions include a wire crimper, a wire cutter, a bolt grip channel, a bottle opener, and a hard wire cutter. It measures 3.75 inches long when closed, ensuring it can fit in a pants pocket with no problem.
