When Ford’s pony car isn’t sporty enough, Mustang fans have always had the Shelby as a high-performance standby. And it’s been that way for the last 50 years. The Shelby 50th Anniversary Super Snake celebrates those five decades of souped-up pony cars.

A special edition of the current Super Snake model, the vehicle is still based on the Ford Mustang GT, albeit with a gaggle of mods that boost the output to levels worthy of the Super Snake name. From power and quickness to handling and overall performance, this thing should satisfy even the most discerning drivers.
