While we prefer a generously-sized survival knife for taking during outdoor adventures, everyday life around the city requires a more discreet utility blade. Keeping you company through the daily grind is exactly what the Morakniv Eldris does.

A compact fixed blade knife, it measures just 5.6 inches long, making it ideal for squaring away in a pants pocket or bag pouch. With a TPE handle and polypropylene sheath, it’s very unintimidating, too, so you can keep it out in the open without looking like you’re trying to invite a knife-fight with the cubicle neighbor (even if you actually are).

The Morakniv Eldris combines a short 2.2-inch 12C27 stainless steel blade with a chubby 3.4-inch handle for precision cutting work (you can probably sculpt wood with this thing). Blade comes with a scandi grind to for easy sharpening when it starts to dull, along with a ground spine that allows you to use it with a fire starter instead of the edge to help maintain the blade’s sharpness longer. Both the handle and the sheath come with lanyard holes on the end, so you get multiple options for carrying when you don’t want the blade in your pocket.
