SEAM WELDED FROM CLAD PLATES
KLAD pipe and pipe fittings are manufactured from clad plates.The plate is produced either by roll bond or explosive bond methods then formed into pipe or pipe fitting. A variety of welding methods are used for the weld seams and they are 100% radiographed.

SEAMLESS CO-EXTRUDED
KLAD pipes are hot extruded from a composite billet produced in an extrusion press. This type of production is ideal for large quantities of heavy wall clad pipe. Standard NDE techniques are used for inspection. Seamless KLAD fittings are produced from seamless pipe.

LOW DILUTION WELD OVERLAY
Weld overlay is applied to internal and/or external carbon steel components surfaces for a variety of applications in all industries using both corrosion resistant overlay and erosion resistant hardfacing. This technique has the ability to meet quick delivery requirements. Standard NDE techniques are used for inspection.
