Cole Haan ZeroGrand Stitchlite Wingtip Oxford Knitted uppers worked well for sneakers, so why not for oxfords? That's exactly what Cole Haan is did with their newest wingtips.

We’re big fans of Cole Haan’s ZeroGrand line, which updates the dress shoe with sneaker-like comfort. With the Cole Haan ZeroGrand Stitchlite Wingtip Oxford, they take the sneaker-style updates even further by dressing the footwear in a fully-knitted upper.

That’s right, Cole Haan just made knitted oxfords. You know, like those knitted sneakers from Adidas and Nike, except in dress shoe form. It’s kind of ridiculous, but the kind of ridiculous that makes you want to try it anyway, if only to figure out what kind of outfits you can actually pull off with these things in tow.

The Cole Haan ZeroGrand Stitchlite Wingtip Oxford has an upper cut in a stretch knit material, ensuring excellent comfort and breathability through all-day wear. Tighter knitting in the forefoot area allows for better lateral stability, while a fully-padded sock lining provides a snug and comfortable fit. A finished jersey stitch in the topline section enables convenient entry for your feet, while a rubber outsole and EVA midsole combo should make running in this thing a whole lot easier compared to traditional wingtips.

Features include leather details at the heel and tongue, 1mm pointelle stitches in the toe medallion for optimal airflow, pointelle stitches in the midfoot for better heat dispersion, and rubber pods at the outsole’s forefoot and heel for increased traction. It comes in five colorways: black, orange, gray, navy, and white.

Available now, the Cole Haan ZeroGrand Stitchlite Wingtip Oxford is priced at $180.
