KLAD Project Managers execute each Project for proper performance and timely delivery. Engineering and process control documents are submitted for review and approval prior to start of fabrication. Depending on the Project specific, these documents can include:

• Welding & NDE Procedures,
• Fabrication Drawings with Weld Maps,
• Inspection Test Plan, and
• Production Schedule

Progress Reports as required are provided and communication encouraged, either directly with the client and/or his representative inspectors and expediters, who have free access to the shop.
